Project support for the development of a company’s digital skills

dentsu Latvia has received support for enhancing employees’ digital skills within the framework of the project “Development of Digital Skills for the Creation of New Products and Technologies in Latvian Companies,” implemented by the Latvian Digital Accelerator (Contract No. 2.3.1.2.i.0/1/24/I/CFLA/002).

About project

The project aims to enhance the competitiveness of Latvian companies by developing employees’ digital, automation, and innovation skills.

Within the framework of the project, companies are provided with training in various formats, including short-cycle training programmes, professional development courses delivered in cooperation with internationally recognised higher education institutions, as well as online courses on international education platforms. In addition, conferences and informational events are organised, and support is provided for implementing digital transformation and developing new products and services.

The project strengthens companies’ ability to use digital technologies in business processes, develop digital governance, automation, robotisation, and innovation, while also promoting export growth and sustainable business development.
